What is included
The same four support hours as Bronze, delivered entirely remotely, at half the price - and available anywhere, not only in Greater Cairo.
Most support work does not need anybody in the room. Configuration, accounts, mail, software faults and the questions people ask all day are all solved from our desk, usually faster than a visit could be arranged.
What it does not include is an engineer coming to you. If you have hardware to install or cabling to run, buy a package with visits, or a single paid visit when you need one.
Services covered
How your balance is used
- Remote work consumes support hours only.
- An on-site visit consumes one visit, covering up to five hours on site.
- Booking a visit holds it. It is only charged once the engineer arrives and completes the work.
- If you solve the issue yourself, the booking is released and nothing is charged.
