Service Coverage Terms
Where the on-site visits in a support package apply, and what happens outside that area.
Geographic coverage of on-site visits
On-site services included in a support package are subject to the geographic coverage stated for that package at the time of purchase.
On-site visits outside the package's stated coverage are not included. They may be provided as a paid service, subject to availability and the applicable charges at that time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate service-location information before completing an order.
A package's on-site coverage does not automatically extend to a new or relocated service location after purchase.
Remote support
Remote support and consultation are delivered online and are not limited by geography. A customer outside Egypt can buy and use a remote-only package normally.
How we apply this
We do not rely on this page alone. The system itself checks the coverage of the package against your recorded service locations before an order can be confirmed or paid, so an order that could not be delivered is refused rather than sold and refunded afterwards.
