Who we are

This site belongs to Mantiq, an IT support company operating in Egypt. Our contact details are published on the Contact page.

What we sell

Support packages with a stated validity period and stated balances - on-site visits, remote support hours, or both - and one-off paid services such as a single on-site visit.

How a package works

A package's balance is consumed as the work is delivered: a visit is charged when the technician marks it completed, remote hours when the ticket is solved as remote support. A booked appointment holds a place on the balance; time passing charges nothing.

Prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout at the rate in force.

Coverage

On-site services are subject to the geographic coverage stated for the package - see the Service Coverage Terms. Remote support has no geographic limit.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Everything done from your account is treated as done by you.

What we ask of you

Give accurate information, particularly service addresses, and do not use the site to break the law or to damage the service.

Refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version published here is the one that applies. Orders already confirmed keep the terms in force when they were placed.
