What we collect

What you give us: your name, company, e-mail, phone number, service addresses, and whatever you write in a ticket, a request or a complaint. We collect this because we cannot support you without it.

What the site records: the pages you open, and - if you arrived from a campaign or a search - where you came from. This is stored in an optional cookie you can refuse.

What we do with it

We use it to deliver the service you bought, to contact you about your own tickets and visits, to issue invoices, and to understand which of our pages are useful. Nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the service - a payment provider to take a payment, an e-mail or SMS provider to deliver a message you asked for.

How long we keep it

Accounting records are kept for the period Egyptian law requires. Operational records - tickets, visits, balances - are kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a dispute can still be answered with evidence.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Contact us on WhatsApp or by e-mail; both are published on this site.

Cookies

The site sets the cookies it needs to work - a session, a language, a theme. The campaign-attribution cookie is optional, and refusing it changes nothing about the service you receive.
