Bronze is the smallest prepaid cover we sell, and it is built for a small team whose technology is mostly fine: four hours of remote support and one on-site visit inside Greater Cairo, over thirty days.
It suits an office where problems arrive one at a time - a mailbox that stopped syncing, a machine that will not join the network, a printer nobody can reach. You open a ticket, we answer against a committed time, and the balance on your portal goes down only by what the work actually took.
If a month goes by where you need an engineer on site more than once, Silver is the honest next step rather than buying extra visits on top of this one.

How your balance is used
- Remote work consumes support hours only.
- An on-site visit consumes one visit, covering up to five hours on site.
- Booking a visit holds it. It is only charged once the engineer arrives and completes the work.
- If you solve the issue yourself, the booking is released and nothing is charged.
