What is included
Eight remote support hours a month, at half the price of Silver, with no geographic limit at all.
It fits a team that is spread across places - or is not in an office at all - and whose problems are software, accounts and access rather than cables. Eight hours is enough for the day-to-day plus the occasional longer session: a migration weekend, a new system to learn, a fault that needs somebody to sit with it.
Consultation hours come out of the same balance, so time spent deciding counts the same as time spent fixing.

How your balance is used
- Remote work consumes support hours only.
- An on-site visit consumes one visit, covering up to five hours on site.
- Booking a visit holds it. It is only charged once the engineer arrives and completes the work.
- If you solve the issue yourself, the booking is released and nothing is charged.
