What is included
Twenty-four remote support hours a month at half the price of Diamond - the largest remote-only cover we sell, with no geographic limit.
It is for a business whose systems are somebody else's hardware: cloud infrastructure, hosted mail, software people sign into rather than machines they sit at. There is nothing for an engineer to touch on site, and twenty-four hours is enough to run that environment properly rather than only answer it.
If some of your systems are still in your own building, a package with visits will serve you better.

How your balance is used
- Remote work consumes support hours only.
- An on-site visit consumes one visit, covering up to five hours on site.
- Booking a visit holds it. It is only charged once the engineer arrives and completes the work.
- If you solve the issue yourself, the booking is released and nothing is charged.
